Arman Siahvashi

Dr Siahvashi is a Fulbright Postdoctoral Fellow. He received his PhD in Chemical Process Engineering from the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 2019 where he developed specialized high-pressure systems for the measurement of phase equilibria (VLE and SFE) in cryogenic fluids such as LNG and liquid hydrogen. Prior to joining HyTEC at MIT, he was working at UWA on several industry projects related to hydrogen liquefaction, storage and transportation. His research was recognized by the award of the 2021 Early Career Scientist of the Year in Western Australia and the 2018 Australia National Measurement Institute Prize.
